Apryl Hebert
Apryl Hebert
I believe volleyball is more than developing athletes — it's a holistic ministry that allows me to invest in players physically, mentally, and spiritually while helping them discover their potential through Christ both off and on the court. One of the greatest joys as a coach is watching growth unfold at every level. I love helping a player develop a new skill or master a fundamental technique, but I equally love taking a group of individuals and guiding them into a successful team who encourage one another, persevere through adversity, celebrate victories with humility, and handle losses with grace. My goal is to shepherd, encourage, and train each athlete in a way that helps them grow not only as volleyball players, but as leaders, teammates, and young women of God.

Coaching is more than teaching skills; it is a calling to pour into young athletes, helping them grow in confidence, character, and their relationship with Christ. My desire is to create a team culture rooted in encouragement, humility, accountability, and love, where each player understands her identity is found in Him first, not in performance. I strive to lead with grace and truth, reminding my athletes that how they treat others, respond to challenges, and represent their team reflects their faith. My prayer is that each girl leaves the program not only a stronger player, but stronger in her walk with the Lord.

Our Approach
COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Skill-First
We focus on technical mastery — serve, pass, set, attack, defend. Every player leaves a better athlete.
Team-First
Individual talent wins games, but team chemistry wins championships. We build culture intentionally.
Character-First
We coach the whole person. Values, integrity, and faith are woven into every practice and competition.
